  • Karen Tweedie-Oakley

    • Hi, my name is Karen Tweedie-Oakley. As a personal trainer and Director of Group Fitness at Niagara Health and Fitness, I work one-on-one with men and women of all fitness levels.

      Just starting?
      I will customize a fitness program that will include strength and cardiovascular training as well as nutritional counseling. I will motivate you to make the most of your abilities through knowledge, education and encouragement.

      Need to Update your current training routine?
      I will help you get past the plateaus. By pushing you beyond your comfort level, I will provide the necessary tools to achieve your desired goals, through progressively challenging workouts.

      We all want to look our best. Put your trust in me to transform your body into one you will be proud of. You will receive a personal training experience in an environment where you feel comfortable and able to meet or exceed your fitness goals. With my sincere passion for health and fitness and your commitment, we will create a healthier you!

  • Brian Paonessa

    • Brian Joins our team with 10 years of personal training experience. He holds certifications from National Council on Strength and Fitness, KettleBell level 1, group fitness, stability ball, TRX, and is currently pursuing CrossFit level 1 instruction certification. Brian holds a degree in Health Education form Buffalo State University and is currently studying Nursing at Trocaire College. Brian possesses a dynamic that draws you in and keeps you motivated and focused.
